`McDonald’s, one of the biggest food franchises in the world. Known for its diverse culture branched to all countries around the world, the company is based on a series of network group ownership. Each division is required to have its own financial and operations systems that would allow the food to efficiently work in a cohesive manner. The need for the network stemmed from the operation manner in which McDonald is structuralized. Employee development as well as franchise development depends on a network of information flow.`
